Matches make for the perfect memento of the spots I love most. Plus, I’m a sucker for typography.
WHAT ARE YOUR FAVORITE ONES AND WHY?
My favorites are usually from great date nights with my boyfriend and/or places I’m homesick for. I love using different ones to light a candle and feeling instantly transported to those moments. We watched the entire Mad Men series together, and before seeing the finale, did a tour around Manhattan to all the bars and restaurants that were in the show. We got matches from almost every place, so I love all my old school New York ones.
WHEN AND HOW DO YOU LIKE TO ENJOY YOUR MATCHES?
I keep a stash on my bar cart to grab when I’m lighting candles (which is every night - @voluspacandles, @officialbyredo and @capribluecandles are my go-to brands) and I also used a few favorites to create a mini gallery wall in my bathroom, thanks to @framebridge.
