WHY DO YOU LIKE AND COLLECT MATCHES?
Collecting matches is like collecting little mementos from different experiences and adventures. Each one reminds me of a place I went, a meal with friends or family, a night out, a place I traveled. And I use them everyday so I get a happy reminder every time I look at them.
WHAT ARE YOUR FAVORITE ONES AND WHY?
I have a tiny tiny matchbox (smaller than a stamp) that my friend brought me from a trip to London that I love. I also like my matchbox from @thelinenyc that I got on a trip there right after graduating college.
WHEN AND HOW DO YOU LIKE TO ENJOY YOUR MATCHES?
I light a candle every night while I’m getting ready for bed and pick a different matchbox every time. Different candle set, different matches, same nighttime routine.
