WHY DO YOU LIKE AND COLLECT MATCHES?
I’m such a nostalgic person so I love the idea of having a little keepsake from a place I’ve gone to! I remember a little moment with every matchbox.
WHAT ARE YOUR FAVORITE ONES AND WHY?
My favorite is also the oldest matchbox in my collection. It reminds me of growing up in Brazil. I’d always see this kind on the kitchen counter when I went to visit my grandmother. She used them to light the stove. It’s the simplest matchbox in my collection but it definitely has the sweetest memory attached to it.
WHEN AND HOW DO YOU LIKE TO ENJOY YOUR MATCHES?
I don’t use the matches from my collection ever. I’ll buy matches at hardware store and use my little mini match striker.
