WHY DO YOU LIKE AND COLLECT MATCHES?
Collecting matches for me is a bit like having a physical photo…I think that it is a lost art form and everything is now digitized….but having something physical that you can touch and feel, allows you to go back to that place mentally. I like to look at the matches that I collect as a bit of a time stamp, it’s fun to look back over on them and reminisce on the moment of when I went to said place, etc.
WHAT ARE YOUR FAVORITE ONES AND WHY?
My favorite ones are the ones that my boyfriend gets for me when we aren’t together and I forget…he almost always remembers and surprises me later.
WHEN AND HOW DO YOU LIKE TO ENJOY YOUR MATCHES?
I actually don’t use any of them, they are really collectors items…I do however have a generic box of matches that I use for everyday purposes to light candles, or palo santo.
