WHY DO YOU LIKE AND COLLECT MATCHES?
I am a smoker (being born Parisian, it comes with the title) so matches are part of my daily life. I find them more poetic and ultimately more melancholic than lighters—and being a lover of all things Nouvelle Vague, one can say they are the perfect prop!

My favorite matches have to be the @senequiersainttropez ones from St.Tropez. They remind me of every summer I’ve spent there, alongside all the memories in its happily intoxicating, sun-soaked climate.
WHEN AND HOW DO YOU LIKE TO ENJOY YOUR MATCHES?
I love to light a candle with my matches when taking a bubble bath, soggy-paged book in hand. Or when I smoke my first cigarette of the morning on a crisp winter day, sipping on my espresso.
