WHY DO YOU LIKE AND COLLECT MATCHES?
I’ve always loved to collect things. I had the largest Ugly Doll and rubber duck collections as a child. Now in an age where everything is digital, I like to collect matches because they’re a physical memory of places and people that I love.
WHAT ARE YOUR FAVORITE ONES AND WHY?
My cousin gifted me a box full of her favorite things, and this engraved silver matchbox with a turquoise stone was in there. I just think it’s really beautiful.
WHEN AND HOW DO YOU LIKE TO ENJOY YOUR MATCHES?
I use them every night to light candles in my apartment, and of course, the occasional cigarette.
