WHY DO YOU LIKE AND COLLECT MATCHES?
I love the sentimental value of collecting matches. I'm a big foodie and love the camaraderie that comes from breaking bread with friends and family. I love how matchboxes are like little tokens from not only my favorite restaurants around the world but favorite memories with loved ones as well.
WHAT ARE YOUR FAVORITE ONES AND WHY?
@21club is one of my favorites, it’s sadly closed now but it was one of the last spots my family and I all had dinner together in New York before Covid. Such a special memory. @santambroeus is another favorite, aesthetically because I love the pink and also I’ve always had the best coffees, brunches, and dinners there with just me and my parents.
WHEN AND HOW DO YOU LIKE TO ENJOY YOUR MATCHES?
I love to have them out on display in multiple glass jars around my house so my friends and guests can look through them and pick their favorite when they come over.
